The latest amendments to the Property Practitioners Act in South Africa mandate that all Property Practitioners must now possess a valid BEE Certificate.

This change is crucial: without a BEE Certificate, you will not be able to renew your Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC).

Why This Matters:
🔹As stipulated in Section 48 of the Property Practitioners Act, operating without a valid FFC is prohibited.
🔹The issuance and renewal of an FFC are now directly linked to having a Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) certificate.
🔹Ensure your compliance and continue your operations smoothly by obtaining your BEE Certificate as soon as possible. Stay informed and stay ahead!
