Friday, November 3rd 2023, our amazing students at showcased the power of creativity, compassion, and community spirit! 🎨🐾

In their Skills Class during Term 3, these budding artists poured their hearts into designing unique masterpieces. Their creativity has not only landed on fabulous T-shirts but has also sparked a beautiful ripple effect of kindness! 🌈💖

After selling their fantastic designs, our talented students didn't stop there! They decided to pay it forward by donating pet food, food bowls, and even a cage to our local animal shelter. 🐶🐱 This thoughtful gesture not only benefits our furry friends but also reinforces a valuable lesson - that we can create something amazing, work hard, earn a profit, AND give back to the community! 🌍💙

The joy and blessing of giving back to the greater good were evident on every smiling face. Our learners learned firsthand the impact of their efforts and the fulfillment that comes from contributing to a cause bigger than themselves. 🙌✨

The High school learners at Wonderfully Made Centre are busy with their term’s project design featuring “Pets”!

They had to each make a “pets” inspired design that we are going to print on T-shirts for them to sell.

A percentage of their profit will then be donated towards a fund for buying cat/dog food 🐈 🐶 and it will be donated at a nearby animal shelter.

Please support our children’s initiatives and project for them to feel and be successful!

Good day everyone. I apologize for the great silence!. There has been so much on the go. The most wonderful and emotional is my autistic 17 yr old has started his gap year in Jeffreys Bay at victory Church. They are amazing and I am so blessed. From being an anxious teen who battled with auditory processing and Dyslexia to now being out there, is such a testimony. We stopped school at 13 and he only does music. He learnt the cello in 6 weeks playing Bach suite no. 1. I look back at his journey and realize, yes there is a different journey for our kiddos. I realize how important it is to let them journey thier journey, focus on thier strengths and grow thier interests. My Aspie son is now preparing to become a worship pastor!
I am going to be a bit quiet in terms of training, support etc until May. I am battling with long Covid energy drain. Every week I am out and often in bed at least one day and recovering for 2 more days. If anyone needs support or has questions please contact the school on 0814269867 or [email protected].
