OMGOSH … in my glass this evening! So…What’s In YOUR Glass Tonight…?!

On this Friday, June 2nd, we celebrate Italia’s National Day of Unification! I raise a glass of ‘17 Joubert Tradauw R62 to you all and to my Beautiful Famiglia and to Mia Bella Italia!
In my plate was an exquisite Rigatoni Pork Ragù! SO, What’s In Your Glass Tonight…?!

We made Polpette this afternoon! Beautiful lean Chalmer beef mince meat balls in rich Napoletana!
Sipho, our illiterate but Top Chap in the kitchen, served me a simple Risotto alla Parmigiana with the Polpette!
Am washing it down with a little glass of my friend’s wine!

Pouring Beautifully is Yeti Underground Movement # 14!!!

This beer is a marriage of IPA and the drinkability of a lager the beer. is made using a typical lager recipe but the bitterness from the hops come from traditional European bitter varieties the aroma comes from New World hops. that hops is from North America from the Yakima Valley. you should get a nice intense bitterness that falls away quickly and it is important to have more than one sip for the bitterness to develop and then fall away as designed. the beer has got the typical citrus and fruit hop characters this is on both taste and aroma this beer has got the drinkability of a logger combined with the fruit and citrus characters of an IPA a marriage of the two Styles I believe it works very well for our climate. The beer base is light and not heavy malty based. Watch out it is 5.8% alc but drinks like a 4.5%!!! Come and get your share! Come be “Parte della Famiglia” !!!
