What services do we offer?

We are a team of researchers dedicating our days and nights to scouring the internet to find jobs in the UK that are offering VISA sponsorships. We have a whatsapp group where we post these jobs almost daily and all you have to do is apply to them.

There are 3 categories of jobs we find available:

Category A : This is when an employer advertises a job and specifically mentions the availabilty of VISA sponsorship. We also cross reference this employer with our updated list of employers that are licensed to give CoSS. These jobs offer the best chance of getting a CoSS.

Category B : This is when an employer advertises a job and they do not mention VISA sponsorship BUT are on our list of employers that are licensed to give CoSS. These jobs offer a good chance of getting CoSS.

Note that sometimes employers do not put VISA sponsorship details on ads because they do not want to be flooded with applications from people all over the world even though they know they can offer the document.

Category C: This is when an employer simply advertises that they are taking CVs for later consideration AND they are on our list of licensed sponsors. These jobs offer a fair chance of employment

You are encouraged to apply for ALL of these jobs for best results. After a 2 week period you should have applied for at least 20 posts. This is in inline with our brute force attack principle discussed here

What is a certificate of sponsorship and how to get one:

Lots of prospective job seekers are confused when it comes to this. This document has nothing to do with a company sponsoring you financially to get to the UK.

CoSS is a document that simply states that you have found a job with company X in the Uk and the UK government should now start processing your VISA. You can only start applying for a VISA once you get this document .

Not every UK company is licensed to give this document. This is why when you are applying for a job sometimes the response is "we are unable to provide VISA sponsorship". But not to despair. Over 50 000 companies are licensed to provide it. You just need to know which ones!

1. The traditional way to get CoSS is to apply for a job online , pass the interview , get the job and have it sent to you. Easier said than done but very possible especially for skilled workers like doctors , nurses , pharmacists etc. Careworkers also but just a bit more difficult

2. Some companies that are licensed to give CoSS are actually selling them. Whilst they are not supposed to do so , this is the easiest way to get in the UK if you have your monies in order. You can then change companies and get a different sponsor whilst you are already in the UK and this is much easier than trying to get one whilst in ZImbabwe.

3. Get a study Visa and then switch to skilled work VISA whilst in the Uk. This is very possible and some people are doing it. The study visa is easier to get.

Brute Force Attack: What it is and how you should use it

There are 1000s of people looking for healthcare jobs in the UK. These individuals are going on the same websites as you are in a search for sponsored healthcare jobs. Some of them are likely more qualified and better equipped to get the job. So what does that mean?

Whilst it is very possible to get jobs in the Uk , it is not easy and it is not instant. Most people spend weeks and months searching before they finally get the job of their dreams. This is after 10s and maybe 100s of "We regret to inform you" / "Unfortunately.../ Sadly..... emails coming in. The good thing however is that fortune favours the bold. Those who soldier on and refuse to give up will surely be rewarded.

A brute force attack is a method used by hackers to access private accounts. They do trial and error of every possible password combination until they stumble across the right one. It can take millions and even billions of attempts before they successfully get in. Of course we are not hackers but we can apply this strategy to our search for jobs.

Simply put: APPLY FOR AS MANY JOBS AS YOU CAN. When they send those regret emails you send even more applications. Be aggressive , Be persistent , Be bold!

Nothing comes on a silver platter , you have to go out there hunt for your meal , skin it and prepare it before you can enjoy it.
