COD zhvilloi sot takimin e IV përmbyllës të Ciklit të trajnimit YOUROPA, me temë “Politikat e BE-së për të rinjtë - Erasmus+”, me lektore znj. Ira Topalli dhe znj. Ana Dervishi, nga oraganizata "Beyond Barriers".

Në këtë seancë të rinjtë u informuan për politikat që ndjek BE, për grup-moshën që ata i përkasin, si dhe mundësitë që këto politika ofrojnë për ta në arsim, punësim, aktivizëm social dhe kulturë.

Në fund të takimit të rinjtë pjesëmarrës u pajisën me një certifikatë mbi njohuritë që fituan gjatë këtij trajnimi.

Falënderojmë të gjithë partnerët që na mbështetën European Movement Albania, Beyond Barriers - Pertej Barrierave dhe të rinjtë që u bënë pjesë.

Mary Ward Loreto has initiated a collaboration with Sole Centre who run a project in the women’s jail IEVP, Nr. 325 Ali Demi Tirane. The Sole project is for the reintegration into the community for imprisoned women.

This is through developing employment skills and through human development programmes.

MWL was invited to give its contribution and expertise in psychological empowerment with women inside the jail. The psychologist of MWL Women ACT is offering trainings and self-help group facilitation once a week.

Si entra in carcere per scontare una pena che deve “tendere alla rieducazione”, ma già all’ingresso si viene spogliati di tutto quello che in qualche modo responsabilizza, della capacità di fare delle scelte, e di farle, appunto, da persone adulte. Il carcere è un ritorno forzato all’infanzia, che dovrebbe alla fine mettere fuori persone responsabili, e invece spesso fa uscire persone che, dopo anni vissuti all’ombra di una istituzione che infantilizza, si ritrovano con la maturità di bambini, l’età anagrafica di adulti e la voglia pericolosa di recuperare in fretta il tempo perso in galera.

Në kuadër të kësaj nisme, Qendra SOLE do të organizojë në datë 18 nëntor 2016, një mbrëmje,’’ Raising Funds’’ ku të ftuar do të jenë personalitete të vendit, figura të artit dhe të kulturës, politikanë, biznesmenë. Qëllimi i kësaj mbrëmjeje është mbledhja e fondeve për të vazhduar zbatimin e nismës në fjalë në dobi të të burgosurave, familjarëve dhe fëmijëve të tyre dhe prezantimi i pjesëmarrësve me platformën e projektit tonë.
