The primary goals of dysphagia intervention are to:

*Support adequate nutrition and hydration and return to oral intake (including incorporating the patient’s dietary preferences and consulting with family members/caregivers to ensure that the patient’s daily living activities are being considered);
*Develop the optimum supports (e.g., posture, or assistance) to reduce patient and caregiver burden while maximizing the patient’s quality of life; and
*Develop a treatment plan to improve the safety and efficiency of the swallow.

Si mund ti ndihmojne prinderit ?

Si fillimi beni nje plan ushqyerje me oraret dhe me vaktet (perfshini edhe vaktet e ndermjetme ) . Perpos orareve te shtohen edhe ingredientet qe keni mundesi ti jepni femijes
Logopedet sygjerojne :
1. Perzgjidhni me kujdes ushqimet qe do ti jepni .
2. Sygjerohen likidet puret dhe karbohidratet ne trajte te fruluar
3. Femija duhet te haje ne porcione te vogla edhe shpesh .
4. Derisa te fitoje refleksin e gelltitjes prindi duhet ta kontrolloje edhe ta ndihmoje me ushqyerjen me luge normale .
5. Mos provoni ti jepni menjeher ushqime te forta si karrota pasi femija rrezikon ne procesin e gelltitjes.
6. Bejeni ushqyerjen nje loje me role .
7. Vendosini femijes video modelimi te bashkemoshatareve qe ushqehen qe mos te konceptoje traumatike kete faze .
8. Zgjidhni puret qe jane te pasura me vitamina dhe proteina .
9. Shmangni ushqimet e thata dhe te skuqura .
10. Ujin sygjerohet qe femija ta pije me pipe me diameter jo shume te gjere .

Femija ka ndjekur terapine logopedike tek ne ne gjuhen angleze . Ka ambient bilingual ne shtepi .
Aktualisht nga fjale teke ka arritur nivel te larte te komunikimit dhe eshte realizuar me sukses integrimi ne shkolle .
