From the comfort of your own home, Taught in English, 45 minutes of a gentle yoga flow to calm down at this wonderful yet overwhelming time of year.

After moving to Linz 12 years ago I have been very fortunate to be able to share my passion for dance throughout the city. Having taught at three different dance schools in Linz and having two beautiful children, I came to the decision to start my own business, Confidance. I truly believe self-confidence is so important. I encourage a happy, kind, judgment-free environment in all my classes. Your time, your space. Totally selfish! Everyone deserves at least an hour to wallow in their own glory!! I teach in English but I’m happy to switch to German. I have a lot of international students, which I love! At our christmas gathering in 2017 we had 7 nationalities present!
Having gained my teaching qualifications in London for Ballet, Jazz and Tap dance over 15 years ago, I decided in 2009 to get a teaching qualification to become a Yoga Instructor. I thought Yoga would be the perfect addition to my certifications. Since then I have developed my own Barre class. Combining Ballet and Yoga. The class focuses on lengthening and strengthening the entire body and also gives you that wonderful feeling of movement and grace. And also Power Yoga. This class is upbeat, fast paced and intense yet remains focused on the fundamentals of Vinyasa Flow. We use light hand weights and have beats mixed by a DJ. It gets you sweaty, strong and stretched. I love that both these classes attract beginners and advanced level students.
I look forward to meeting many more new students in the future and hope to encourage health and happiness.
