Thanks for the 6:30 am class Even when the weather was so cold 🥶 I manage to cycle 🚲 there. 👏 plus did the class and burn more calories. Great start for the day.

Feels like back home🇲🇾 with the heat 🌞and plus after training 🏋️‍♀️ with 😓 was so good. Then a walk back home 🏡 extra calories to burn off or warm down and of course my loyal supporter all the way with me. Have a nice day.

What’s your essential oil before workout 🏋️‍♂️. This is what I normally use before my workout. I normally place 2 drops 💧 💧 on my chest and as well 2 drops 💧 💧 on my head. It really gives me that extra boost. It’s so good 😊.

It’s a cold 🥶 day. And it’s best to diffuse Raven essential oil which is very beneficial especially during your night sleep 😴 but also i like to diffuse in the morning 🌞. Gives you that relaxing feel 😎 before the rush.

The new normal is having these extra steps in our daily life having to wash 🧼 our hands after coming back home 🏡 from anywhere. And as well bring a hand sanitizer everywhere we go and use it always. Please be safe everybody. Luckily we always have Thieves in the car 🚘 , wife handbag and our son has one in his backpack 🎒 when he goes to school. It’s the best to stay safe.
