I have a few appointments for Reiki next week in two locations! Monday 6th December I am at Awaken Health and Wellness Studio with a few appointments in the morning (book online) and then Wednesday 8th December there is a 10.30am appointment at The Good Hub in Goodwood (PM me to book) Certainly the week to send out as much healing energy as possible!

Excited to bring these amazing tuning forks into my reiki sessions. The Mars and Venus forks are perfect for balancing ying and yang energy and can be used to balance all chakras, not to mention they sound divine when used together..if you are interested to know more, book in a session with me 💚💚💚

The beauty of reiki is that the effects may not be straight away, it could be hours, days or even weeks after that the energy drops down and creates clarity. This client love was shared and shows just how powerful a treatment of reiki can be 💚💚💚

I've heard lots about juice cleanses, some good, some not great. But before I make judgements, I'd rather see for myself and I always think if something gives you the results you want, then you can't argue with it. So today I am starting simple with a one day juice cleanse from the I can't describe how amazing the colours of these juices are, one down, 5 to go. Of course added some extra reiki infusion to super charge them too :)

Reiki WHAT?? Ever wondered what on earth it is? Reiki translates to universal life energy which is available to everyone. Reiki Practitioners act as a conduit for this energy when working hands on or off with clients, allowing the universal light to come in and through them. The energy flows to where it is needed the most and most practitioners will focus on balancing your 7 chakra points.

Each session will be different, many experience heat, cold, tingles, vibrations or simply nothing at all - All very normal!
