I am jumping on now though to share some exciting news with you! I have moved my clinic space back into the centre of town.
Iβm now located in the Alice Springs Business Centre at 4/8 Gregory Tce.
Itβs such a lovely space with a great feel!

Reflections show us a lot! Did you know that often what is happening in our outside world can be a reflection of what is occurring internally for us, and vice versa!
At any time we are wondering what is happening in our life we can see a theme in our outer and inner worlds and understand how they reflect and how we maybe able to shift it π

something we may tend to forget in times of stress!
The shallow breathing, rapid heart beat, anxious feelings are common experiences in times of stress.
By breathing, deep breaths into your stomach filling up your lungs, feeling the peace flow in π Holding this for a few seconds and then releasing, feeling all the stress leaving your body! Will really assist you in releasing the stress and tension that has been built up in your body!
A great relaxation method to do at anytime but especially before going to rest at night. This allows you to release all the stress and tension that has been built up in your body during the day for a restful night π

One of the most common things we see in Kinesiology is Adrenal Fatigue.
With the fast pace, consistent stimulus and stresses in our daily lives, we see our nervous system spending prolonged periods in the "fight or flight" mode - a state which is only meant to be temporary.
However the threat of being late, losing your job, being able to pay the bills,etc. triggers a similar response in the nervous system as to that of an encounter with a snake or a spider.
When in "fight or flight", your body is getting ready for action. The adrenals are constantly firing off stress hormones to increase your strength, increase your heart rate, to raise your blood pressure and increase glucose in the bloodstream.
And when your body is in this state, your food digestion is slowed or stopped, your immune system is suppressed, your mind is on and youβre not sleeping or resting.
Here are some common symptoms of Adrenal Fatigue
β’ Feeling restless
β’ Poor sleep
β’ Find it hard to get up in the morning
β’ Craving certain types of food
β’ Extra weight around the waist
β’ Fogginess, find it hard to concentrate
β’ Feeling tired most of the time

β’ Poor wound healing
β’ Feeling cold most of the time
