This tired old shade-sail in this pool area was revamped into Versiclad pergola.

We utilised the existing steel posts to create this pergola for our client. This made for a tricky design but we were able to make it work.

The insulated roof panels deflect the summer heat, combined with a ceiling fan and downlights make for a good day time or night time retreat.

🛑 Custom Built Octagonal Deck 🛑

Octagonal deck in a primary school brought to life based on an architects sketch.

This job had a few challenges.

- Alot of setting out and calculations to mark out shape/dimensions and taper cuts of decking boards.
- All framework had to be independent of the tree but still provide support for decking boards

This master bedroom was extended into the space of an unused front balcony. Job detail:

- New steel beam supporting slab & brickwork
- 800 bricks cleaned & re used
- Matched bronze anodised colonial bar windows to original
- Stainless cavity flashings

The finished product ties in seamlessly with original home and leaves the client with a 6m x 6m master suite.

Behind The Scenes - Timber Balustrade.
These balusters were given two coats of paint prior to installation. This means only a final touch up coat is required on completion, saving a lot of time & effort.
All exposed/cut edges of the timber are all painted to protect them from the weather.
Make sure your tradesman is doing their job properly.

💎 Alfresco Glass Balustrades 💎

These custom order panels have the lower half frosted which creates an element of privacy to this alfresco area.
The clear top half provides unobstructed views.

Inside-outside Pool Area Conversion.

This previously unusable space is now utilised with access from a window to stacker door conversion.
The Blackbutt deck is matched to the inside floors which leads onto the pool area.
Satin finish clear decking oil highlights the Blackbutts natural colour.

⚪️White Wash Pergola ⚪️

This tried old stratco style pergola was renewed after we lined it with timber v-boards with a white wash finish.
Down lights, ceiling fans and strip heaters were also installed in the renovation.
Glass balustrades installed to pool area.

🪟 Double Window Conversion 🪟

We opened this kitchen & dining area by removing a internal wall and bulk head.
Two seperate window openings were combined and one large double slider installed.
The finished product feels much larger and lets in twice the light to renovated house.

- Raked Gable Pergola & Deck -

This transformed outdoor area features a gable style pergola with exposed spotted gum rafters with white lined ceiling.
The existing back eave was deleted and redesigned to suit the new pergola.

This hardwood frame work ties in with the spotted gum deck & chunky style spotted gum posts.

The external wall is lined with Axon cladding and accommodates the outdoor kitchen.

Glass balustrade define and secure the pool area.

🏠 Roof Rebuild 🏠

This existing roof was poorly designed with negative fall and a concealed box gutters. This had given this client endless leaks and issues.

We peeled back 3 layers of repairs with roof sheets ontop of pressed metal ontop of membrane fibro ontop of rusted box gutters.

We rebuild the structure with a pitched roof and conventional eaves gutter. The finished product looks apart of the house.

This toilet door converted to cavity slider allows much easier access than the previous setup.
