Hello everyone! For over a year now I have been wanting to change my business name but didn’t think it was right to do it. Now that I don’t have a lot of clients I’ve decided it’s time to change it! So I am changing from SmasHIIT fitness to CM Fitness. So basically, welcome to CM Fitness now 🤍
As winter approaches, it’s getting colder and darker earlier. So as of next week the 27th classes will change to Monday and Wednesdays at 5.30pm! 45 minute classes, feel free to DM me for more information 🥰
Hello everyone! Along with the workouts starting on the 5th of feb I am also starting an 8 week fitness challenge!
Even if you’re not interested in losing weight that’s completely fine, this is mainly a challenge to work on improving your fitness levels!
The challenge involves 5 HIIT workouts a week for 4 weeks, timing your workout, then repeating these same workouts in the last 4 weeks trying to beat your time, which you will realise it’s actually a lot easier than you think! You can gain a lot of fitness in four weeks and you will prove to yourself just how much you can actually do within such a short time.
All these workouts can be done from home, all you’ll need is a kettle bell, dumbbell and optional b***y band.

It’s been an absolute long time since I’ve posted on this page and tried to advertise, 2023 was quite a hard and busy year. We were organising our house to sell, then bought a new one that needed renovations from scratch which took up half the year and on top of that my brother also passed away. So it was a very hard and hectic year for me and classes were all over the shop so I didn’t bother advertising because it was too hard.
But now we are done renovating for now, and we have moved the gym to our new place in Marong!
I will be starting up classes again in a few weeks so watch this space! 🤍
Hey fam! It’s time for an 8 week winter challenge, and by challenge, I mean CHALLENGE! You will be challenging yourself throughout these 8 weeks. It will be 4 weeks of body weight workouts, you will be timing yourself from start to finish and write your time down at the bottom of the workout, then when the next four weeks come around you’re going to do the exact same workout and try to beat your time! Last year during the 8 week challenges a few were beating there time by a good 5-15 minutes difference. It is absolutely amazing to feel and see a difference in your fitness levels if you stick to it. Some say 8 weeks is too long, but think of it as a start to your fitness lifestyle, stick to good habits and stay consistent! You can do so much in 8 weeks, it’s your choice weather you want to change, or stay the same! Last year I lost 24kgs by doing a few of my own challenges and staying consistent in between them. Personally I think change is the better option, so let’s GO 👊 and don’t worry, if you can’t finish a workout, that’s fine! Just put a line underneath where you got up to so you know what you completed for next time.

- When we hire someone at my current job, I will add in extra afternoon classes and AM classes as well. On Wednesdays at the moment I’m doing 12 hour days meaning I won’t be running a class that day until at least late feb! Once that all changes I’ll keep you guys updated!
Hello everyone! Just thought I’d let you all know that next year I will be doing group sessions and 1:1’s at my home gym in kangaroo flat! I was planning to be able to do a few hours every morning and afternoon but someone at my current job left, meaning I’ll be going back to full time for a few months with a rotated roster. I am still going to do classes everyday, I just have to sit down and figure out what times they will be. These classes will include boxfit, strength training, full body HIIT, boot camps, ect; I will be starting the timetable on Monday the 17th of January, so classes at the oval remain free up until that set timetable kicks in! Because I have been cancelling most of the classes the last few weeks because of work, I will only be doing Sunday 10am workouts at rossi for a while.
The 8 week challenge is starting on Monday the 3rd, which will include a book of daily workouts (no equipment needed) and also access to a support group for everyone doing the challenge. This challenge will only be available to those who come to classes regularly, if you want to sign up, DM me and I’ll send you all the information!

I know a lot of people don’t wanna try it because of previous videos making it look hard. But I promise, it is absolutely worth it! Good for something different and burns a hell of a lot of calories!

I know it’s been dead on here the last two weeks but I am finally getting out of hospital today!
Meaning on Monday classes are back to normal!!
The last month I haven’t been able to exercise because of problems with my back and neck, and then a cat bite landed me in hospital for the last 9 days and because I haven’t exercised and now been laying in a bed all day, I have put on at least 5 kilos and a butt load of centimetres since the start of this year and I am absolutely hating it, I feel like I’m starting all over again! I am limited to what I can do at the moment meaning I won’t be able to train upper body for a while, but come Monday I am so fu***ng ready to start smashing my goals, bit by bit and I am so fu***ng excited!
Are you ready to join me!?? To smash the s**t out of your goals alongside me?? If so, I better see your arses next week, so let’s fu***ng do this, TOGETHER!!

Here are two different workouts, just small ones, but I want you to challenge yourself. Remember if you cheat, you’re only cheating yourself! 😝
AMRAP - as many rounds as possible.
Complete the workout and count how many rounds you complete within 30 minutes, and try beat it the next time you do it.
Second workout is just a bunch of random exercises put together for a short high intensity workout. Complete it 3 times and time yourself, try beat your time when you do it again, the next day, or even later that day. Up to you!
Feel free to comment your times and rounds if you wanna compete with others from the group for motivation or to challenge yourself even more by trying to beat someone else. Have fun guys! 🤍

Hope everyone’s had a good week and have tried doing some home workouts seeing as I’ve been away.
Unfortunately I’ve been in hospital the last few nights and I am here until at least Monday now, which means I will be taking next week off as well to rest and towards the end of next week I’ll be able to organise everything to be back in action the week after for you guys! Later on I’ll post some small workouts/challenges for you guys to do over the next week to try keep your motivation up whilst classes are off. So keep an eye out 💜💜

I’m cancelling all the classes for next week, as much as I don’t want too, to many people are telling me to rest and I’ve come to realisation that I think it’s exactly what I need.
One day I seem fine but I go back downhill the next, and today on top of everything that has been going on, I got 2 bite marks from a cat today I was trying to help which has led me to not being able to move my finger as it’s so swollen and now infected, so I’m off to get a tetanus shot tomorrow.
Straight up not having a good time at the moment.
Hopefully everything gets sorted this week and I’ll be back in action the week after! 🤞
