โMy name is Rob Smith and I have been employed with SASS for 3.5 years and have worked as a Support Worker and also as a Care Coordinator so have been supporting our participants and residents in a number of different ways. I am now working at Murphy House where we currently have residents all with different needs, so as a support worker I am working with lots of different personalities each shift. The team at Murphy house do a fantastic job supporting our residents and supporting them in areas they may need some help in. I find my job at SASS very satisfying and also rewarding seeing residents start to grow and have the support to be the best version of themselves. The team at Murphy House all work well together and get in and get the job done.โ
Rob is our Murphy House rockstar, we could not run the facility without his amazing work! Thank you Rob for your kind words๐๐งก
Itโs Meet the Team Time๐๐งก
We would like to introduce the Director of SASS, Sharron!
She is the brains behind it all, the reason why our company is here today. Sharron is the most amazing Director, she is very hands on in the day to day operations and even helps support participants from time to time. Sharron enjoys many activities such as riding her bike, floating in her pool, and socialising with friends. She has built a commendable rapport with our participants and is regularly at Murphy House providing companionship to all our residents.
Say hello to the cutest members of staff we have at SASS!
Our Ironstone Hill Farm animals are key to supporting our participants as they can help with anxiety and stress, they are providing animal therapy to our participants every day of the week! Our participants have unlimited access to Ironstone Hill Farm and the animals that live there. โ๏ธ๐ท
If you think youโd like to be supported by the most adorable staff youโve ever seen, please contact our connections coordinator through [email protected]. ๐ฐ๐
