This is a great reminder as we spend time with our loved ones.

What a joy seeing two of the greats today at the Children’s Hospital, .adine_moore and Matt Kratiuk!

A huge thank you to the impact team at for giving us the opportunity to volunteer today in the kids zone!

After playing with the kids for hours, we were so fortunate to help sort all of the generous donations in the toy drive, seeing the unbelievable generosity of our community is truly humbling. There will be so many delighted young kids receiving so many wonderful gifts this Christmas as they have the challenge of spending the holidays in hospital.

What a way to wind down the 2023 year!

“We Win Together” is one of the core values at .io, Mandy ran a workshop centred around this value with the amazing team last week.

This workshop was all about how to work effectively as a team by understanding their team better, communicating effectively and adapting their leadership to bring the best out of those they lead and work with.

Cherie laughed and thought he was joking, fast forward two years he’s been an instrumental in building the business, podcast host, developing relationships with our clients, the master of all things finance and our systems and processes. He’s Cherie’s rock and always provides a good laugh for the team!

On Day 1 we focused on Authentic Leadership and self awareness:

Day 2 we spent a day learning about Emotional Intelligence and skills to improve our:
👉 Self awareness & self regulation

Followed by a day of reflection and goal setting which included

👉 The Wellness Wheel
👉 Gratitude & mindfulness
👉 SMART Goals

And we wrapped up the day be creating our 2024 vision boards.
