🔥👊🥋 What an incredible night at our Rhee Tae Kwon-Do Action Night Grading Test! 🥋👊🔥

These Action Nights are a fantastic opportunity for our students to demonstrate the new skills they have learnt and to be promoted to higher belts, and we are so proud of everyone's hard work and commitment.

We had amazing demonstrations from our Junior Black Belts, showcasing their skill and dedication through impressive patterns and board breaking techniques.

A huge thank you to our Chief Examiner for grading each student on the night. We were excited to present new belts to all those who successfully graded right then and there!

At Rhee Tae Kwon-Do, all coloured belt Grading Tests are included in standard training fees, so there are no additional charges.

Rhee Tae Kwon-Do is open to everyone aged 5 years and up, and we train all year round, including through school holidays.

Congratulations to all our students who took part and achieved new milestones! Keep up the fantastic work, and we look forward to seeing even more progress in the future.

It's been nearly two weeks since our Action Night Grading Test. Our students been working hard, focusing on new patterns and improving their techniques in preparation for the next Action Night Grading Test.

An amazing evening at the Action Night Grading Test hosted by Rhee Tae Kwon-Do Deception Bay Branch! Students, instructors, and parents came together to honor the indomitable spirit of Rhee Tae Kwon-Do.

Rhee Tae Kwon-Do Action Nights are an opportunity for students to be graded by our Regional Master Instructor and be promoted to a new belt, along with experiencing an action packed training session with other students from our region. This Action Night saw students performing combinations of techniques, flying kicks, sparring, as well as pattern and board-breaking demonstrations from black belts.

Rhee Tae Kwon-Do is more than a martial art — it is a pathway to growth and empowerment. Our students overcome challenges, embrace resilience, and become ambassadors of determination.

Great news. Our North Lakes training centre now has a second location open on Saturday mornings. So you can now train 2 days a week in North Lakes. Our new Saturday training centre is located in North Lakes State College, senior campus, on the corner of Endeavour Blvd and The Corso. Our Wednesday class trains at The Space, just around the block at the North Lakes YMCA.

If you've not tried Rhee Tae Kwon-Do before now is a great time to give it a try. It's a great way to stay active, maybe do something with your kids or simply build confidence and learn practical self defence.

We welcome all ages and fitness levels and have a free unlimited trial so you can give it a go for as long as you need before deciding to join.

We had another GREAT Action Day Grading Test for our far Northern Brisbane Rhee Tae Kwon-Do Training Centres last week. We were extremely honoured to have two Rhee Tae Kwon-Do Master Instructors attending, Master Instructor for Australia, Nigel HIGGS and our Brisbane Region Master Instructor, Morgan HIGGS, both to assess and upgrade all Instructors and students. There was a great turn out, all eager to impress the Master Instructors, showing loads of dynamic action and great effort from everyone.

Special mention of Junior Member Ethan, a 1st Grade Brown Belt Black Tip from our Sandgate Training Centre who put on an excellent display of all of his training and practice as part of his Black Belt Test, and was promoted to Junior Black Belt. Also, Junior Black Belt Brendon from our Bracken Ridge Training Centre was assessed and promoted to an even higher level of Junior Black Belt Instructor with an outstanding display of Rhee Tae Kwon-Do technique and knowledge. A great demonstration from the both of them.

We had several of our other Junior Black Belts put on a awesome demonstration of the advanced level of Rhee Tae Kwon-Do training with some impressive Board Breaks and synchronised Patterns

Congratulations to all students that attended and well done to those that were promoted to the next rank. Thanks to all the families and friends that came to spectate and support our great organisation. With only a few weeks to go until our next one let's all get ready to make the most of our last Action Day for 2020.
