What do you think about this customers?

We have many customers come to eat at our restaurant every sing day, they are polite, respect and understand that lunch time is only take away and you can eat in our shop with take away containers that we provide, we have limiting staff on lunch time to do some other jobs that is not necessary or need to be done only just for you. We are so sorry if you feel that we were rude because we are not serving you a plate but pls also understand that if we are serve you one, what will happen to the rest of our customers?
