Congrats to Hilary who recently competed at one of the toughest races in the world after dealing with a tricky foot injury

Held in Sweden, The One Water Race is a gruelling 250km of trail running and ocean swimming

“Thank you so much for your help in getting me to the finish line of the One Water Race. I couldn’t have done it without you! We finished in third place. Seven teams started this year, but only three made it to the end. In the history of the race, only four teams (16 people) have successfully completed the course, and I am one of four women to ever finish it.”

The funds raised will be put to good use to help fund equipment and projects exclusively for the Magnetic Island Health Service. This will mean that Magnetic Island residents and tourists to the island will be able to access treatment close to home and in many cases, prevent transfer to Townsville

Great to see so many of the Townsville Podiatry family at "Bay to Base" on Magnetic Island at the weekend raising money for Brighter Lives Townsville Hospital Foundation and the local health clinic on Magnetic Island

Exciting news!!! The Great Island Trek this year has a new course and a new finish location 🙌

We start the trek as always on the iconic Picnic Bay Jetty but this year we finish with a party at Arcadia Village Hotel. Huzzah!!!!

There is a 16km trek or 25km trek option - both traversing the beautiful Magnetic Island, taking in some stunning scenery and all the while raising money for Beyond Blue

Entries go on sale 8:00am 31st May

We need your help! Do you have any old mountain bike shoes lying around??

We are on a mission to share the stoke of mountain biking with NQ kids who have never had an opportunity to get out in nature and ride the trails.

Reasonable used condition, flat pedal shoes are what we are chasing suitable for teenaged kids - so sizes anywhere from 6 to 15 will do the trick ✨
