3 Day Lockdown 😷

Due to the QLD Government announcement earlier this morning, we will be closing the gym from 5pm tonight until 5pm Thursday 1st of April. There will be no 24/7 access during this time.

Stay home and stay safe everyone! We will see you all from 5pm Thursday but we will update everyone via social media if things change again.

We are excited to announce Club Lime's acquisition of Active Life Fitness Norman Park and begin your gym's transition to Club Lime Norman Park. Club Lime launched in 2004, as a group of health clubs operating in the ACT, and has now expanded nationally to include 73 locations (and counting!). We're renowned for our stellar facilities and motivating atmosphere, helping you to reach your health and fitness goals. Club Lime is not just fitness, it's a lifestyle. Club Lime is operated by Viva Leisure. Founded in 2004, Viva Leisure operates over 100 health clubs across Australia, including eleven other locations in Queensland.

We would like to thank the incredible Active Life Fitness Norman Park team for achieving such a high-quality health club. We are so pleased to be offering all staff continued employment so that the team can continue to assist you in achieving your health and fitness goals. Over the next few months we will only be using our Club Lime Australia social media platform to promote all of our clubs. March Challenge 💪

Simply set the ski erg machine to 1,000 metres and ski for time.

This challenge will test your strength and cardio, making it a great gauge of your holistic fitness. The goal is to keep improving your time throughout the month of March.

ALF team hike to Purling Brook falls and Warringa pool. This hike had everything from viewpoints to waterfalls, swimming holes, wildlife and great company.
