Australian Karate Academy - Salisbury

Today we kicked off our first Koshinkan Kobudo class! We focused on the Bojutsu fundamentals and practiced a Tenryu No Kon Kumigata drill, working on attack and defense from both the left and right sides. Such a great session!

We are very excited to introduce a new Kobudo (weapons) program for Teens and Adults into our class timetable at the Salisbury Dojo starting from Saturday October 5.
