We certainly have been riding this Summer Solstice/ Full Moon in Cancer portal… from the heights of a magical Solstice celebration to the next day (on the Solstice) needing to rush my daughter to the ED to have 10 stitches in her toe… to beautiful beach time with family… to old pains re-emerging after been swept under family rugs for months and months… tears, laughter and beauty all meshed together… trying to go with the full flow of Summer 🔥 and the golden full moon 🌕

Carrying Matraya in so she can enjoy some water time whilst keeping her foot out… hilarious but also challenging…

Today (Monday) we experience a New Moon in Scorpio, welcoming in the final lunar month of Spring. This month we are supported and guided to face our shadow head on, owing what is outdated, dysfunctional and unnecessary- truly seeing it so we can choose to continue down that timeline. Or not…

Today we experience a beautiful full moon in Capricorn. It’s a day to honour our uniqueness and all the forms that make up who we are. No need to play small when we can be all of who we are. Hi 👋 this is me, Rachelle, entering the Instagram space! In all honesty, this is me setting up for some beautiful SOMA breath workshops and Winter Solstice meditation workshops I held on the weekend.
I have been practicing kinesiology for about 10 years now and more recently have added Intuitive meditation and SOMA breath to the mix.
