🎨 Paint and stretch with daddy this Father’s Day 🤸🏽♂️
We’ve teamed up with .perth to provide a very special Father’s Day event.
An environment to create lasting memories of you and your child on such a special day.
💚 Connect and bond with your child through a family yoga class. (30min)
💚 Create a beautiful artwork together to bring home through a session of family canvas painting. (30min)
All paints are washable and non-toxic. Kids’ aprons will be provided and yoga mats will be provided.

1, 2, 3…August 😮 where did the time go? We are already closer to the end of the year. It’s been 8 months since I become a mum to mister L 💙 and so much that I have learned over the last few months. So glad I found myself a business where I can share my passion for children as well as juggle with my full-time mum life 🌈

Children learn to be kind, not only by receiving kindness but by experiencing the warmth and satisfaction of offering kindness and compassion to others 🦋

Teaching children from early age self-regulation techniques support their emotional well-being and allow them to slow down and live in the present moment.

A fun game with multiple positive effects, such as supporting listening skills, concentration, and gross motor skills as well as helps children expend all that extra energy and engage in a quieter session of the class later 🦋

The breathing ball is such a powerful prop in my sessions. It’s a mindful and engaging tool for self regulation as the children love to watch the movement it expanding as they match their own breath to the pace of the movement. 🌈

Partner yoga poses are great fun for tweens and promote a sense of empathy, encourage children to trust one another, and develop communication skills. They are also a family-friendly and can be a fun way to bring the family together, why not try them with your kids next time ✨
SCHOOL HOLIDAYS PROGRAM 🌻
During this winter holidays, we partnered with to offer a Healthy body Healthy mind program where the children will engage in a session of Yoga & Mindfulness games, Taekwondo and team games. I bet this would be a great reset day for the children to relax their bodies and minds before getting back to school ✨

Toe-ga = yoga for your toes! 😜 have you tried this yet?
It’s one the kid’s favourite game at all ages and little they know that isn’t just fun but also great for their for concentration and teamwork.
Also allowing the children to stretch their toes and feet which often get scrunched up all they in shoes and socks 😜
Which one are you this long weekend?
When I teach the children about the breath, I often explain to them that the breath is like their best friend and every time they feel overwhelmed they can come back to their breath 🥰
It’s important to teach your children tools to help with self-regulation and always be there for them to support them with their big emotions 💜

Do you ever feel small in a world so big? 💛
These amazing young peaceful warriors have been sparkling my Tuesday arvos. And I am the lucky one to be able to inspire and hold space for them to learn mindfulness through a playful environment 🌻
Last class we learned new poses and practised some of the ones we are used to by reading the book “I am Yoga”, from Susan Verde. A magical story about mindfulness that goes through the yoga poses with play-based strategies that teach them to find some stillness and calmness 🧘

The practice of yoga at young age helps children with stress management, decrease anxiety, improves memory and emotional regulations. Our group environment encourage children to connect with themselves and share kindness with the others ✨

After school classes can be challenging, children have been learning and working hard throughout the day and sometimes all they want is to lay down in Savasana 🤷♀️ I often tell they need to listen to their bodies, so if that’s what they need, they are welcome to do so.
Most kids even say that the rest time at the end is their favourite part. Children need as much of a rest as adults do 💛
Spend some time in stillness at the end of a yoga practice is essential for the body and mind clean and reorganise, just like cleaning up after a party 🧘♀️
