Well done for your great effort at the National Dragon Boat Titles last weekend and enjoy your down time in the beautiful Margaret River Region! 🛶☀️

Junior Outrigger State Titles Champion Lakes Regatta Centre.
I’ve had the absolute pleasure of coaching these young champions throughout the season, to finish off today with Gold in the 500m straight, Gold in the 1000m turns and a bunch of gold, silver and bronze medals in the Va’a and V12.
As a coach I couldn’t be prouder of how these young men handled today’s pressure, gelled as a team and pushed hard to the end.
Huge thanks to Jade Wavemasters Outrigger Canoe Club, your steering was perfection, and you did a great job keeping the lads in check, Tahiti Rose Kwillana Va’a Outrigger Canoe Club your strength and leadership in the boat are proof of the hard work you put in at training. Connie HughesRachKynkids Matapuku-Walker you guys should be so proud of these young ladies.
Well done Hurricane Paddling Crew on running a successful regatta.

Join us on the gorgeous waters of Geographe Bay for a fantastic day of racing, fun and outrigger friendship.

Races include; Men’s 12km, Women’s 10km marathon courses and a mixed 6km race, with the legendary dash for cash to finish!

⚡️Newsflash - Camping facilities are available at Geographe Bay Yacht Club (GBYC) on the 8th and 9th March. This is an exclusive absolute beachfront location, making for a really memorable weekend with friends and family.
Camping is on a first-come, first-serve basis with a limit of 28 sites, so please book early to avoid disappointment.
The camping fee is $20 per person per night.

Fantastic efforts today by our 2 crews paddling the Wavemasters Outrigger Canoe Club Monkeys Regatta. Very proud of everyone especially our new paddlers racing their first ever event.

Thanks Wavemasters Outrigger Canoe Club for hosting a sizzling hot Monkeys relay. A massive thank you to the fantastic Kwillana Va’a Outrigger Canoe Club paddlers who joined our Geo crews today, we couldn't have done it without you. We were super excited to have a go in the ultralight, thanks to Hurricane Paddling Crew for loaning it to us for the day. Last but not least well done to all the awesome Geo paddlers, especially our new paddlers racing for the first time. All the clubs came together in the spirit of outrigging for a fantastic day.

Last weekend the Geo juniors had a great day racing at the Mini Monkeys relay. We had paddlers compete in the V1 as well as the OC6 relay teams. Thanks for an awesome day Wavies.

The Great Sandgroper Adventure Race is for all divisions from Minnows to 16U/19U with different lengths of courses to suit the ability of all age groups.

The races incorporate paddling, swimming, running, exiting and re-entering canoes; and jetty jumping in a safe, well managed program of events.

For a whole load of pirate themed fun join us on the beautiful shores of Geographe Bay in Busselton, but beware of the marauding pirate attackers! 🏴‍☠️
