I’ve been invited to share some Yin this Friday for a Ladies Only Event at a new spunky Venue “ refined Co.”
In the industrial estate in North Boambee Valley. Like the old Om Yeah Studio you would never guess from the outside the amazing, relaxing, safe space they have created with a sauna, hot and cold magnesium pools. Refined offers the most modern and comprehensive recovery and wellness experience in Coffs Harbour. They even have a recovery lounge for compression and percussion therapy.

I enjoyed my time there yesterday, now I’m obsessed.

SO The Refined Co. team are dedicating a whole night to the girls once a month. 2 hours to spend with your friends, meet new people, connect with like minded women and soak up the benefits of contrast magnesium therapy, steam sauna, and a yin yoga class lead by ME from Om Yeah Yoga plus a complimentary glass of natural wine from our friends at The Vin Co. Using what is in season means you are maximising nutrition. Produce is at its freshest and tastiest at this time. Buy local to support local farmers and reduce transportation. Growing your own is also an option. Produce can be grown in pots on verandahs if you are limited with space.

We are very lucky in Coffs to have so many beautiful psychologists that support our community 🥰 I have a word document that I email to my lovely clients with a detailed list of who they are and what they specialise in.

Jill Hely- Flow Psychology in sunny Sawtell is on that list and she has so cleverly written an interactive workbook that comes out March 9th! I can’t wait to get my hands on it 🤓

Omg summer holidays went by way too quick. Sadly we didn’t get to yoga together BUT we can now…!
Got another yin& vin happening FEB 25th

Yin at The Vin will be held in the beautifully designed, peaceful and private space of The Vin, North Boambee Valley’s natural wine cellar. The yoga class will be an hour long Summer Yin Class led by Eden from Om Yeah Yoga before shifting into sipping a few samples of natural wine.

Why
Our Yin Yoga practice stems from Traditional Chinese Medicine. The class is designed to get our Qi [Energy] Flowing with soft and still poses, which will permit our mind to become a little more present. We have partnered with The Vin for many reasons, one being their stance on being a sustainable, locally owned and run business, but also with similar goals in mind - to get our community connected and conscious. We will sip and taste wines post yoga, to allow the tastings to be more mindful.

Notes
The yoga is suitable for 18+ and no experience is required. Please inform us of injuries on arrival.
