This week the Precision Marine NT stand out juniors were our U8’s for battling through the freezing cold, 17 degree weather at 8am 🥶

There’s something pretty special about your senior debut and these 3 mates got to do it together. Well done boys. The future is looking bright 🌟

Hockey NT is thrilled to honour, respect, and celebrate our Indigenous heritage this weekend. We are excited to pay tribute to our talented Indigenous athletes and the many individuals who have significantly contributed to hockey in the Northern Territory.

With the draw disruptions this week, JL had a big job trying to coordinate all the U8’s to make sure they arrived at the right times. He also ran from field to field to coach 3 teams back to back.

'Megan is one of the most loyal, dedicated and passionate people our club has the honour of calling a member. Megan has been generously donating her time to our club and the sport as a whole for over a decade. Megan has previously held the role of Junior Vice President for the better part of the last decade and is now actively guiding and mentoring the next person to take on this integral role. Megan has single handedly driven grass roots participation for Saints by organising come and try days, sitting at shopping centres and contacting schools to get hockey into their newsletters. On weekends you’ll always find Megan at hockey covering the tech bench for at least 3 senior teams, running the junior bbq, assisting parents or kids with enquiries and overall being accessible to all members to ensure they have a great time playing hockey. Our club and sport is grateful to have Megan. Thank you for all that you have done and continue to do to advance hockey in the Territory.'
