A huge thank you to the Hilton Primary School community for making Friday night’s event a great success!
Hosted by Hilton PS parent and international wine writer and judge, Erin Larkin, we raised $6,700 which will help fund for Hilton PS teaching, learning and grounds development.
A special shout out to all the volunteers and businesses that generously supported this event. We can’t wait to do it all again with you in 2025!

The Grounds committee along with Mrs Nygaard & Miss Gardiner are coordinating this Busy Bee & Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden (SAKGP) set up for ECE.
Some proposed jobs include:
-Mud Kitchen Leveling and Retention Wall construction (1-2 people: shovels, drill, brackets, stakes, and screws)
-SAKGP clean out (1-2 people; remove rubbish and remove w**ds/grass)
-Mulch Movers (3-4 people: two wheelbarrows, two shovels)
-W**d Matters (1-2 people: w**d mat + stakes)
-Garden Bed Assembly (1-2 people: drill, screws)
-Water Tank Prep (1-2 people: move water tank stand from Primary SAKG to EC, sand and paint)
-Soil Movers (1-2 people: wheelbarrow soil into garden beds)
-There may be additional tasks adjacent to primary classrooms.
All are welcome to join our enthusiastic gardeners! :)
Please bring either tools, morning tea to share, your water bottle, enthusiasm, or helpers.
We look forward to seeing our junior Rubbish Rangers in action as usual :)

We’ll be running a sausage sizzle and cake stall at school for the Referendum this Saturday 14th October.
Come along and see us on Saturday to buy a bacon and egg roll (from 8am, first in best dressed!), sausage sizzle or sweet treat, and help us raise funds towards refreshing the undercover area and for additional classroom resources.
You’ll find us next to the central playground, and we’ll also have a coffee van on site for the day. We’ll be selling from 8am until 2pm, or sold out!
