WHAT IS KINESIOLOGY?
Kinesiology is a powerful healing modality that combines an ancient Eastern energetic healing art with Western physiological healing sciences.
As a Kinesiologist I use a gentle muscle monitoring technique to access the subconscious mind which guides me to the source of the problem creating stress within the body systems.
The aim is to de-stress any imbalances, blocks & dis-ease in the body that may be causing any emotional, physical & spiritual imbalances.

MY BUSINESS STORY OF HOW I GOT STARTED.
I knew straight from the start that I wanted to start out in the clinic space.
So I took the leap back after I had finished my Diploma of Kinesiology & found a clinic room to rent in South Fremantle.
I continued to study the Adv Diploma in Kinesiology for another year while I also juggled working a part time job.
I don't know how I did it all back then.
I knew I had found my passion and if I just simply learn how to market myself and get myself out there that it will all fall into place & that I would be supported.
I had no idea on how to use facebook for business marketing and I didn't even have an Instagram account.
I found support to learn what I needed through my journey of running my business and so glad that I had the determination to work through my blocks.
I have now worked full time as a Kinesiologist for the past 3 years and it warms my heart working from a place of passion.
A big thank you to all the clients who have supported me along the way and for the business coaches who have helped me through my blocks and showed me the ropes ππ₯°

When we find ourself with lots of thoughts and an overactive mind it is hard to listen to out heart and inner voice.
The secret is to ground yourself to be able to listen to your heart or inner voice.
By closing your eyes and taking a few breathes can also help you drop into your heart space, to feel what your heart is telling you.
