๐ฃ Tip 2: mid back mobility
Sit upright with your bottom pushed back in your seat. Hold onto the side of the chair and your thigh, using your upper body strength to gentle turn your chest to one side, hold for 3-5 seconds, repeating both sides 3-5 times.
Next, interlace your hands behind your head, arching back over the backrest pulling your elbows backward, performing this movement a few times.

๐ฃ Tip 1: Neck stretch
Sit up straight and gently tilt your chin to your shoulder on one side applying gentle pressure with your hand, holding for 10-15 seconds.
Follow this by gently pulling your ear to your shoulder.
Be sure to stretch both sides, repeating a few times throughout the day to ease the tension.
