Before & After of our gorgeous client! 🫶🏽​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​For Hannah we focused on her lip shape, contour and chin volume to balance out her facial thirds.

What are facial thirds?
Aesthetic practitioners often use the concept of facial thirds to achieve balanced and harmonious facial proportions. The face is divided into three equal horizontal sections:

1. Upper Third
The hairline to the eyebrows

2.Middle Third
The eyebrows to the bottom of the nose.

3. Lower Third:
The bottom of the nose to the chin.

By assessing these sections, we can identify areas that may need enhancement or softening. Small adjustments in each third can be made to ensure symmetry, ultimately achieving a more balanced & proportional look.

We are picking up the final pieces for our new clinic. We can’t wait to welcome you to our new home on Peerless Avenue, Mermaid Beach. Opening early July 2024

1. Moisturise Regularly​​​​​​​​​Apply a thick, emollient-rich moisturizer right after washing your face or taking a shower while your skin is still damp. This helps seal in moisture.​​​​​​​​​
2. Opt for Richer Creams
During colder months, switch to a heavier, oil-based moisturizer or cream instead of lotions, as these provide a stronger barrier against dryness.

3. Avoid Hot Showers
While hot showers can feel great in the winter, they can strip your skin of natural oils. Opt for lukewarm water and limit your shower time to prevent excessive dryness.

4. Stay Hydrated
Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Hydration from the inside helps keep your skin plump and healthy.

5. Exfoliate Gently
Exfoliate your skin once or twice a week to remove dead skin cells, but use a gentle exfoliant to avoid irritation. Over-exfoliating can make dryness worse.

Changes to Advertising Cosmetic Injectables​​​​​​​​

The Therapeutic Goods Association (TGA) has further refined its guidelines for advertising cosmetic injectables. Reference to medications and treatments such as anti-wrinkle injections, fat dissolving injections, dermal filler and injectables is no longer permitted.​​​​​​​​

As we are no longer permitted to say injectables, Haus of Injectables will be getting a rebrand very soon✨​​​​​​​​

You will notice changes to our content, moving away from specific treatments and instead focusing on skin conditions, symptoms or changes that occur with ageing.
