For those who don’t know, I’m also working from Bottoms Up Colonics on the Gold Coast as a Colon Hydrotherapist (since beginning of June) focussing on gut health from a psychosomatic & spiritual hygiene perspective. Restructuring the waters in our body to a more vital spark, offering hydration for optimal absorption of our minerals of everything we ingest through our mouths. 😛
I believe…
•Our traumas are directly linked to our gut through cellular memory.
•The term ‘gut instinct’ is directly linked to our ‘sixth sense’ referring to our gut being our first brain.

I’ve been referring clients to Bottoms Up ever since I discovered them & how their process & protocols were unlike any other technique I’d come across. It was only a matter of time with my belief of colonics being an integral pathway to healing and to support general well-being & thriving through my own personal journey & fascination, would lead me to training up in this ancient practice.
Fun fact: It’s been documented that as early as 1500BC, the Egyptians used it by sitting in a stream & introducing a reed into the re**um. They used river water to cleanse the colon. They believed that toxins formed as a result of decomposition of stool within the intestines moving into the circulatory system causing fever and illness (intestinal autointoxication).
Fun facts aside, my dear Nana Joy will be 97 this year and still wanders downtown from Burleigh Headland most mornings for a coffee or to get the paper and is witty & wonderful as ever without ever receiving a colonic in her life 😜

I woke this morning overflowing with gratitude & love.
My intentions were to share my overflow with as many I would come into contact with or distant support today. What happened was an overflow effect that unexpectedly boomerang-ed my way. ♾️
Today I was gifted lunch. From a beautiful soul who was paying for my services, yet bought ME lunch 🥰🫶🏻
I was soo thankful. Her response was so genuinely like that’s her normal.. 🤲🏾
Today although my focus was on giving to others & how can I be of service, I received.
A beautiful act of kindness.
