I have been known to not wanna take my clothes off for a massage when I'm on day two of my bleed...lucky my massage therapist is also the best reiki healer in Hobart so I get to cuddle myself, fully clothed, under the blankets while I drift off, it's absolute heaven ✨️

What sort of massage do you feel like when you're on your bleed? A full body relaxation massage? Focus on back, neck and shoulders? Hot stone massage? None at all?

As a massage therapist, I tend to focus on the same areas I focus on during a pregnancy massage...legs and lower back. I think heat packs should also be used along with whatever form of deep heat you prefer (for Anti Spa we use the spicy chilli balm).

I want everything comfortable and relaxing, and if that means when you arrive for your massage and decide you wanna stay fully clothed, well you can have a reiki sess with the second best reiki healer in Hobart 🙋‍♀️
