Today is R U OK day 💛
By asking, “R U OK?” we not only show that we care, but we also create a safe space for individuals to share their feelings. R U OK? Day reminds us that we all have a role to play in supporting each other’s mental health. By asking the question and providing thoughtful follow-up, we can create a more compassionate and caring community where everyone feels valued and supported.
MAY is Mental Health Awareness Month 💚

Glaucoma is known as the ‘thief of vision’ since there are no warning signs. Glaucoma causes irreversible vision loss due to damage to the optic nerve.
