What's your favourite exercise or exercises to do? - I love to train my whole body, a variety of exercises throughout the week keeps me excited to come to the gym.
What's your number fitness goal for this year? - To do pull ups.
How often do you train? - 4 times a week.
Do you prefer solo or group training sessions? - I prefer solo, but also love coming to gym to train with my awesome friends.
What motivates you to workout? - Getting stronger, feeling more energised and focussed outside of the gym.
What music do you listen too? - I love to listen to metal when training.
What do you enjoy about AF Burnie?
Would you change anything at AF Burnie? - I love the community, everyone is kind, patient and inclusive. I wouldn't change anything, it is a wonderful gym.
What is one thing you would say or quote to our members to motivate them? - Just get started and be consistent! Don't be afraid to ask for help, everyone started not knowing what they were doing.
