They must be consulted on all major workplace changes, such as rosters, and any process where employees are entitled to representation, including the resolution of grievances or disputes, performance management, and disciplinary processes. Union delegates can effectively communicate with everyone in an enterprise.

Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has introduced a bill in Parliament that will raise the incoming Governor-General Samantha Mostyn's salary to an astonishing $709,017 per year, up from her predecessor's $495,000. This represents a massive increase of over $214,000.
