Whisky 🥃 Tasting this evening from some of our favourites Victorian distilleries, of Rutherglen and Brunswick’s own head in store from 5-7pm for your Friday knock off 👏👏

Tasting on tonight from Australian owned and their Double Malt whisky 🥃 . Featuring a blend of the malts that underpin Single Malt Whisky (Eight Times Winner Australia’s Best Whisky) and Rye Malt Whisky (Three Times Winner World’s Best Rye Whisky) matured in apera, bourbon and virgin oak casks. Come on down from 5-7pm to give a whirl! 🥃

Tasting on this Friday with . Located in the Yarra Valley, this family owned estate provides hand-crafted, pruned and picked wines that are a true delight for the palate. With gentle extraction techniques they provide little to no fining or filtration needed, while using French Oak barriques to mature. Available ins Rosè, Blanc De Blanc, Chardonnay and Shiraz. Come down and try for yourself this Friday from 5-7pm

Me and took a chance on this place and have now been open for a year this Saturday! It’s been a wild year getting up and running and we know we couldn’t have done it without the support of all of our locals.

Some delicious new natural whites ready for the park! 2022 Park Fiallo is a blend of 60% Fiano and 40% Moscato Giallo (Heathcote). Both left for 4 days on skins separately. Pressed to old French oak barrels for fermentation and blended prior to bottling. As always, bottled unfiltered and unfined with minimal sulphites added. Secondly another ripper from sure to move quick! This pinot gris has the perfect balance of fresh spice to get your weekend rolling! Pop in and try!
