I've always been able to train in the gym, absolutely love it, but food...thats another story for another day.... on my 2nd week of no chocolate, no softdrinks, no fried food.... dropping the weight and mind/body feels good. Just need to keep going strong πͺ. Remember nobody is perfect, we all have our weaknesses....

Define what 'Strong' means to you, then set your goals. Strong to me is both physical and mental, skinny never enters my mind. Strong in and out of the gym is my focus. Chaae those goals!
It's been prob one of the hardest weeks. Chronic fatigue and exhauation has destroyed me, anxiety levels at the highest in a long time... but the gym never fails me. My happy place. Happy Friday πͺ

6 weeks in, changes starting to happen. Discipline and patience
Compete only against yourself in the gym. 3 sets of 8 reps @ 45kg for bench press. Always pushing for better but celebrating personal achievements
Tonight's gym sesh was all about detoxing the brain from a big week... loud music, singing, dancing and working hard
Clare chose and designed her own HIIT as the finisher today. A lover of HIIT, who would have thought πͺπͺ
Fatigue gone, back to training... again
Completely flattened by fatigue. Has hit me hard since last week... nothing but time and rest will fix it. Absolutely annoyed that this is still happening and I dont have any answers to fix it...can't train, have no energy for anything... but everyday is a new opportunity right? Lets look forward to tomorrow and hope things are different.
Oh.. they hate me tonight π€£πͺ, wait till tomorrow or Wed lol
How things can change in 3 years πͺπͺ
Those days where you feel like you are dragging your ass ..... at least make an effort to look like you are killing it π€£πͺ. Sometimes this is all it takes to get your day together
Changing up the weights sesh today to the afternoon. Beautiful day for it πͺ
Stick to the basics, no fad diets, just pure hard work, consistency and discipline
