"Dear Friends,
In the midst of life's constant hustle, take a moment to pause and return to the present. Remember, the true essence of living is found in the 'here and now.' Within this present moment lies the wonders of life, waiting for your attention and appreciation. It's a space where you can truly connect with yourself and discover how you are linked to the world around you.
Embrace who you are, in all your uniqueness. It's through this self-acceptance that you learn to appreciate and accept others for who they are. Cultivate gratitude; recognise the abundance in your life. You have more than enough reasons to be happy. Don't let your focus drift to what's lacking. Instead, dwell in the joy, peace, love, and happiness that already exist within you.
Remember, your worth isn't defined by others' opinions, judgments, or acceptance. Live life on your terms. You are more extraordinary than you can imagine. Seeking approval from others is an on going struggle and can be a roadblock to true happiness. Why not redirect that energy inward. Connect with your beautiful soul, acknowledge your strengths and uniqueness, and from there, let your compassion, wisdom, and kindness radiate towards others.
Enjoy your day, knowing you are enough, just as you are."
With warmth and encouragement,
Joyful Mountain
Each of us is a miracle, a unique blend of dreams, strengths, and potential.
We are miracles in our own right, capable of shaping our destiny and creating wonders.
The power to manifest miracles lies within us, waiting to be unleashed.
It requires a deep desire, a heart full of passion, and a strong belief in ourselves.
Embrace your miraculous nature, and watch as you transform the world around you.

Our teacher lives on through us, his students. Our calm and peace today show our love and how much we honour Thay. Thay taught us to be mindful, to breathe, and to practice daily. He wanted us to unite with kind friends on our journey, and walk with a community not as an individual. Let's keep practicing peace and mindfulness, spreading love and understanding to those around us, and keep supporting our dear teacher with our actions. It’s our mission to do so. 🙏❤️⛰

Happy Continuation
Our teacher, Thich Nhat Hanh, was "born" on this day, October 11, in 1926. We say "born", because he taught us that nothing is really born and nothing really dies, everything is continuation. For this reason, Thay has said a birthday should be called a "continuation day".
We are happy that Thay continues in us and in the world, at a time when his teachings on peace and reconciliation are deeply needed.
"If you have Thay’s Dharma joy and Thay’s happiness in every step, in every breath, then even though in appearance you may not look like Thay, but inside you are a true continuation of Thay. This is why the practice of “signlessness” in the Three Doors of Liberation is so important in helping us recognize true continuation." Thich Nhat Hanh
To celebrate this day, we offer touching stories of encounters with Thay from his lay and monastic students, read them here: https://plumvillage.org/articles/thay-in-our-hearts
