Updating that I will be retiring during May, with the last day of lessons on:

As I will be working at the Victorian Open LC Championships (swimming) there will not be any lessons on Friday. There will be some Olympic hopefuls swimming and the event is part of the World Para Series.
Interested in watching? Competition will be live-streamed on Kayo Freebies and Swimming Victoria YouTube channel. It is free to attend at the outdoor pool, Melbourne Sports (& Aquatic) Centre, Albert Park.
Meet dates: 23 - 25 February
Heats commence: 9.00am
Finals: 6.00pm
Pool at Settlers Run clubhouse is currently cooling down.
No lessons for rest of this week.
Will be monitoring temperature over the weekend.

World Aquatics (formerly FINA) Swimming World Championships start tomorrow - Sunday 23 July. The finals are supposed to be showing on Channel 9 in the evenings from 9:00 pm.
Heats (11.00am) and Finals will be available to Livestream or On Demand on 9Now.
The diving, synchronised swimming and water polo have been on this past week and are also available On Demand on 9Now.
My son's friends, Brendon Smith (400IM), Kaylee McKeown (100 & 200 backstroke world record holder, medley relays), Matt Temple (butterfly and medley relays), will be swimming. Well worth a watch.

2023 Australian Swimming trials have started in Melbourne - on 9Now from 7pm.
Elliot will be lane 7 for the Men's 400M Freestyle final at about 7:50pm.
Also tonight: Women's 200M IM, Men's 100M Breaststroke, Women's 100M Butterfly, Women's 400M Freestyle and some multi-class events.

This weekend the Victorian Age LC Championships are running.
This is a five day competition for 12 to 18 year olds, which started on Thursday and will run through to Monday night.
The livestream is being shown on Kayoo Sport (freebies) and on the Swimming Victoria YouTube Channel (linked here, hopefully). Heats are from 8.30am with Finals commencing at 5.30pm.
If you are able to watch you might spot me on pool deck tonight (Saturday) or over the next couple of days.
