1月28日，中國教育部留學服務中心官網發佈重磅新規定：《關於調整疫情期間對跨境遠程文憑證書特殊認證規則的公告》

「對於2023年春季學期（南半球秋季學期）及以後仍採用遠程方式學習（包括新入學和繼續學習的情況）所獲國（境）外文憑證書，中心將不再提供認證服務。這對還想繼續上網課的留學生來說，無疑是一枚重磅炸彈。畢竟辛辛苦苦讀的書，如果中國不認，到頭來都打水漂了！

這一突然的政策轉變，可能會大大增加中國來澳航班和澳洲租房市場的需求！澳洲現在已是一房難求，突然湧入的大批留學生將會增加租房市場的難度
