What is "Bak K*t Teh", you may ask.

(Literal translation: Meat Bone Tea)

An iconic dish from Malaysia, Bak K*t Teh is a herbal bone broth boiled for hours to bring out all the goodness and aromatic flavours. Despite its name, there is in fact no tea in the dish itself. Instead, it contains a complex mix of different herbs and spices.

While there are different variants of the Bak K*t Teh, we bring to you the Hokkien version, made popular by a town known as Klang, in Malaysia.

Pair it with rice and dip some "Youtiao" (Chinese Donuts) into the broth. Simply amazing!
