Hip and ankle mobility are crucial for optimal movement and overall well-being.
The hips, comprising 15 muscles, are central to the body’s movement, supporting activities like walking, running, and stabilising the pelvis.
Similarly, the ankle joint, surrounded by numerous bones and muscles, plays a vital role in weight-bearing and balancing the body during various movements.
