Your personal training sessions will be completely private, with just you and me in the gym. I’ll teach you the correct form and technique for all your prescribed exercises, ensuring you feel confident and capable.
We’ll cover the essentials, including nutrition, calorie counting, macros, and protein, all at a pace that suits you. I’ll also create a personalized at-home training program tailored to your goals, needs, and any equipment you have available.
To keep you on track, you’ll have an accountability tracker for steps, activity, and habits, along with weekly weigh-ins and food diary check-ins. Together, we’ll review what went well and identify areas for improvement.
With 7-day-a-week email support, I’ll be with you every step of the way. With commitment and consistency, I guarantee you’ll see results!

When motivation fades, discipline steps up. Unlike motivation, which is fleeting and often unreliable, discipline is cultivated through consistent habits and routines. It's the ability to push through tasks even when you don't feel like it. While motivation is an emotion that ebbs and flows, discipline is a skill that can be honed. It’s about showing up and putting in the effort regardless of how inspired you feel.

Week 4 done ✅ for program number 1 of 2024 💪💪💪💪
As we age things we use to do no longer work. It tends to get harder to lose weight, burn fat or simply just feel confident. These 5 things are my non negotiable's and truly have made an impact in my 40's.
1:718 hours of 77 is so important! ESPECIALLY During
our peri/menopausal years. Sleep is when your body builds & repairs muscle. Also not enough sleep will spike your stress hormones.
2: Strength focused workouts. Lifting weights to build muscle NOT BURN CALORIES. Studies have shown just 3X a week can increase lean mass, increase your resting metabolic rate and reduce fat weight .
3: Eat a balanced diet with all macro nutrients. Protein is a non negotiable at EVERY single meal. 30-40g per meal and no less than 120g per day.
4: Taking creatine. Its the most studied and least expensive supplement. It will help maintain and build lean muscle mass, which tends to decline with age.
This can be especially beneficial during peri/ menopause.
5: Staying active is imperative. With age our activity level declines and we become more sedentary. 8-12k steps will burn more calories than your workout.
Bonus: Enjoy fun foods with a strategic plan, without regret or the need to be restrictive.
Do these + consistently not for a weight loss goal but for a longevity goal.
