We have the Roman chamomile being applied vigorously at the moment. Lucy is teething, we apply this along her jaw line as it has soothing properties and works an absolute treat.... as you can see Lucy is a fan 💕 🦷

As Mums how often do we take time for ourselves? I mean just for us? Not doing the groceries or walking to the park, these are important also but not just for you.
I have recently started to take 5 mins just for me each day..... this is me popping on the diffuser with my new favourite combination and about to have my coffee.
I get it, it’s hard with kids to find even 5 mins and almost feels un natural not to be doing something for the family but it makes me a much more tolerant mum and wife.
Today my 3 & 4 year olds are in daycare and my 8 month is asleep, tomorrow I’ll be sending them outside (or tv if the weather is bad), because we all deserve 5 mins just for us!

A bit about me..... My Name is Stacey,
Born, raised and educated in New Zealand I moved over to Australia to broaden my skills as a radiographer in 2010 where I met my husband Andrew. Fast forward 10 years and we now have 3 gorgeous (yet challenging) children. Finn, Blair and Lucy, these are my "Why's".
Why I got into using and now promoting, selling and educating other on the use of Doterras oils. Finn was having night terrors (not just night mares), Blair was waking 4 times a night with growing pains and Lucy, well she was just a newborn being a new born. I was tired! happy but tired. I was invited to join a workshop during COVID lockdown and as I had nothing better to do I thought I'd dial in and listen. As i listened to Kelly and Kate speaking it dawned on me..... if these work this is what we need in our lives, to help the kids, to help me! So my family essentials box was ordered and well the rest is history.

I now diffuse daily, the kids ask for their oils each night before they go to bed, I clean and cook with my oils and Im a happier person/Mum and wife knowing that I have made these healthy, effective changes for our family.
I want to empower others make the same changes, to feel the way I feel and to help their family like ours has been helped.
