Used up my Left over Anzac Biscuits for the base. Caramilk Anzac Cheesecake not sickly or too sweet. Used the manual cooking in my Thermomix . Reason it’s not a whole cake certain someone couldn’t wait for the photo to be taken Lol 😂

Made this Bad Boy today using left over Anzac Biscuits as the base . Caramilk Anzac Cheesecake .reason it’s not a whole cake - certain family members couldn’t wait and had some before I got to take a photo . Topped with twirl Choc coated Caramilk and melted caramilk .It’s not overly seeet or sickly either . Yes I made this on my Thermomix using manual cooking method .

A Cheeky Cocktail to finish off the Day.😛. 🌺Toblerone 🌸 20ml Frangelico, 20 ml Kailua, 30 ml Baileys 60 ml Cream , 30 ml honey , 1 cup of crushed Ice . Blend together in your Thermomix . 🥂 Enjoy 😍

To finish the Day off with a Cocktail

20 ml Frangelico
20 Kailua
20 ml Baileys ok I put 30 ml in lol
60 ml cream
1cup crushed Ice
