Foxing gear up to see off the Reverence Hotel Fresh from supporting Coheed and Cambria on their US tour, St Louis’ own Foxing are set to become part of Australian rock history.

Playing at the rev this Sunday for one last Sunday solo front bar show! Playing these has been so much fun over the last few years, a lot of songs have debuted on that stage! I’m very excited to play with The Dead Salesmen (duo) again! We played the last Arthouse beer garden show together many years ago so it’s fitting to play together one last time at the rev! I don’t really know where or when I’ll do solo shows like these anymore and they’re always very special!

Since the announcement of the Rev's closure late last year the out pour of support has been immense. Thank you for reaffirming just how beautiful our community is.

Looking back we are really proud of our achievements. The Reverence came about from a strong vision and ambition. Firstly to host and facilitate original live music in a safe and inclusive space and secondly establishing in a suburb not traditionally regarded as an entertainment precinct. What a beautiful community that has congregated!

We’ve been lucky enough to see some of the finest bands come through as well as work with some of the most fun and dedicated staff. What has emerged has far surpassed our expectations, but as you know we will be wrapping things up here with last gig planned for March 2nd.

Thanks to our supportive community the next few week’s are jam packed with amazing shows. Some of the shows are sold out already but many aren’t ticketed and some more still to be announced, so please keep your eyes on our socials.

This Saturday we have Bands for Balunu in the front bar, featuring Catholic Guilt, Face Face, Newtown Story, Cranes Against Clouds. $5 entry, with all $$$ raised going to Balunu
