During the training, our team received step-by-step guidance on delivering impactful presentations. Each attendee also had the opportunity to review their own video footage, allowing them to identify areas for improvement and fine-tune their client interactions to perfection.

It’s not about you; it’s about your audience.
Don’t focus on what you want. Focus on what your audience wants. It’s easy to get caught up in creating content that fits your brand, but if your audience doesn’t have an interest in it, is it really that important in the first place?
Not defining your outcomes.
Before you take your first steps into strategy, think about what you want to achieve. Is it an increase in sales? Higher engagement? Further reach on social media? Each of these outcomes needs a different approach, so it’s important to have a clear vision of your end goal before you even begin.
Treating every person in your audience the same.
It’s important to understand the nitty-gritty details of your audience. Identifying their age and demographics just doesn’t cut it anymore. You need to go deeper, understanding their perspectives, their reactions, things that make them tick. Do your research early on, and we can guarantee it will pay off in the end.

Reverse briefing 101
What is a reverse brief?
In the simplest terms, a reverse brief is presenting the brief back to the client, asking questions and managing expectations of you and your team. It shows that you want to understand what is being asked of you, and you want to establish a strong working relationship with your client.
Why is it useful?
It builds trust between you and the client and minimises the risk of misunderstanding and miscommunication later in the project.
