Day 21

It’s been 3 full weeks since I embarked on this new journey of implementing a new diet with regular exercise, and the results are already absolutely mind-blowing!! 😱🀯😝

Improved Metabolism: My energy levels are through the roof! πŸš€ (Feeling like I can spit fire πŸ”₯)

Better Digestion: No more bloating or discomfort. My body feels so much lighter and happier. 🌿

Glowing Skin: My skin has never looked this radiant and clear. 🌟 (No joke. My skin hasn't looked this good in donkey's years!)

Consistency is key, and I’m so proud of the progress I’ve made. Here’s to continuing this journey and embracing a healthier, happier way of life πŸ™πŸΌπŸ’ͺ🏼☺️

Day 19

Hello beautiful people! πŸ‘‹πŸΌβ˜ΊοΈ

Today, I'm going to talk about a very important everyday practice that we each value yet often overlook. And that is sleep. 😴

A healthy sleep pattern is essential in order for us to function efficiently across our busy lives and a game-changer when it comes to performing our daily routine and living out our life goals! πŸ™ŒπŸΌ

Here's why!

Diet: Getting enough sleep helps keep those hunger hormones in check, so you’re not constantly craving fast food or wanting the daily 'sweet or savory' treat from the kitchen cupboard. Stick to your diet goals with ease when you’re well-rested.

Exercise: Sleep is like a magic potion for muscle recovery and energy. With a good night’s sleep, you’ll crush your workouts and see better results.

Stress Management: Sleep helps you chill out and handle stress like a pro. When you’re well-rested, you’re better equipped to tackle whatever life throws at you.

Overall Health: Consistent sleep boosts your immune system, keeps chronic illnesses at bay, and sharpens your mind. It’s the foundation for a healthy, balanced life.

Make sleep a non-negotiable part of your routine, and watch how it powers you up to achieve your life goals.

P.S. Power naps are also a very useful way to manage stress, relax, recover and reenergise throughout your day, however this should be timed and not to be taken advantage of. πŸ˜΄πŸ˜… You don't want to leave it to chance and play sleep roulette where you wake up 3 hours later now, do you?

Start incorporating a healthy sleep pattern into your daily life and watch your daily performance transform day by day! Feel free to reach out! I’m happy to give more advice on lifestyle choices in how to live your best life! πŸŒ±πŸ“ˆπŸ’ͺ🏼

Day 18

Whether we like to admit it or not, it is always a little scary and never easy when it comes to trying something new for the first time. This is because we are naturally afraid of the unknown, for it sees it as dangerous. The same applies to change.

Since we haven't yet experienced it, we naturally gravitate towards our negatively biased thoughts that surround the subject and mentally label it as high risk (despite what the experts and research say). And until we experience it firsthand ourselves, we will never know for sure how the outcome will play out.

It takes curiosity and desire to want change, however without being ambitious, putting in the effort, and remaining consistently disciplined over a considerable amount of time, you won't get to where you want to be and get the results you long for. πŸ˜πŸ€”

Before trying out this new diet, I was wondering how well these shakes, capsules and syrups would change my energy levels and react to my everyday eating habits. I became more aware of what I was ingesting into my body and knew that if I want to get serious results, I have to treat the situation more seriously.

It has been nearly three weeks since I first started this new diet and so far, I'm delighted with how far I have come! Everyday I am seeing more and more progress, and other people around me are seeing it too, giving me their support in whatever way they can. πŸ˜‡πŸ’ͺπŸΌπŸ™ŒπŸΌ

I want this to be a lesson to those who may find it difficult to begin/start something new. Failure, embarrassment, judgement and being out of pocket are always possibilities when it comes to risk however no one has ever experienced great change by staying in their comfort zone. πŸ™‚β€β†•οΈ

What you guys think of this statement? Do you agree? What fears would you like to overcome and personal life goals that you would like to achieve? πŸ€”πŸ™ŒπŸΌ

Day 17

Last night was my cheat night as well as my night out. I made sure to have my regular morning shake and lunch the same time as usual. And then the rest of the evening consisted of wine, pizza and garlic bread. Cards, drinking games and board games was the theme for the night. A good night was had! ☺️🍷

It's good every now and then to apply the breaks to enjoy the other things that life has to offer. Remember to exercise your social capacity and network with others for its as important as exercising your physical body πŸ˜πŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸ’ͺ🏼Keep it consist for its the key to progress and success. πŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸ’ͺ🏼

Day 15

Hello beautiful people! β™₯οΈπŸ™ŒπŸΌ

Life can get busy, but making small, consistent changes can lead to big results. To mark day 15 of my new diet, here are some 15-minute practices you can incorporate into your daily routine to make a positive impact:

Morning Meditation πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ: Start your day with a clear mind through meditation. This can be as easy as doing simple box breathing techniques and listening to music you enjoy. Reduce stress, improve focus and set yourself right for the day!

Quick Workout πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ: No time for the gym? No problem! A 15-minute HIIT session or even 15-30 mins throughout your day can boost your energy and fitness levels evidently! πŸ™ŒπŸΌ

Healthy Meal Prep πŸ₯—: Spend 15 minutes preparing a nutritious meal or snack. My 2 daily shakes take less than 5 mins each to prepare and they will both start your day off right and bring your day to an easy close. Your body will thank you for it later. 😌

Reading πŸ“š: Dedicate 15 minutes to reading a book or article. It’s a great way to learn something new and unwind.

Gratitude Journal ✍️: Take 15 minutes to journal, write down quotes or things you’re grateful for. It can shift your mindset and improve your mood! πŸ˜‡

Stretching πŸ§˜β€β™‚οΈ: A 15-minute stretching routine can improve flexibility and reduce muscle tension. This is best paired with meditation, a perfect combo to both start and end your day! πŸ™ŒπŸΌ

Remember, it’s the small steps that lead to big changes. Start incorporating these practices into your daily life and watch the transformation unfold! Feel free to reach out! I’m happy to give more advice in lifestyle choices in how to live your best life! πŸŒ±πŸ“ˆπŸ’ͺ🏼

Day 14

Two weeks down! πŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸ’ͺ🏼 Wow! 😱🫨🀯 It's hard to believe that 14 days have passed since I begun this challenge. I will admit at first, I was a little skeptical however now I will admit I'm starting to see the results. Don't get me wrong, some days are more easier than others but after a few days, you get into a routine and the swing of things pretty quick!

I’m already feeling more energized, focused, and healthier overall. πŸ’ͺ✨

Here are a few highlights:

Increased Energy: Afternoon slumps seem to be a thing of the past for I'm not looking for my early afternoon coffee to get me through to 17:30 and home for my evening study.

Better Focus: I feel as though I've become more aware and vigilant when it comes to my surroundings and having conversations with customers and others throughout my day.

Healthier Choices: Although some might not like some the flavours I'd recommend, I do enjoy waking up to a morning shake and nothing having to make/have whole meals as often. Although, when hunger does come around, it does make solid food taste that little bit better. As they say, hunger is the best type of sauce! πŸ˜πŸ˜‹

If you’re curious about what I’m doing and want to learn more, feel free to reach out! I’m happy to share tips and insights. Let’s embark on this health journey together! πŸŒ±πŸ“ˆπŸ’ͺ🏼

Day 13

Don't have the number 13 or other piseogs frightening you. For the most of us, Mondays are usually seen as the least favourite day of the week. The thoughts of having to go back to work after a nice, relaxing weekend away can be at times, daunting and something we always 'fear' or 'deny' the evening before. From now on, don't see Monday as a daunting day; see it as a day where you do something new and exciting. Whether it be; trying a newly discovered recipe, a different exercise routine or start reading the book you told yourself you'll read, last week. Let Mondays metabolise and motivate you for the week ahead πŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸ’ͺ🏼

Set yourself a goal on where you want to be or see yourself in 4-6 Mondays and let's see what difference you can make to you and your world around you, when you're applying yourself and remain dedicated and consistent to a cause or something of great personal importance πŸ€”πŸ’ͺ🏼❀️

What's on your mind at the moment? Where and what do you see yourself being? Who do you see yourself being or being with? By when would you like to achieve/reach it? How will you get there?

Let's have a quick chat and discuss it! πŸ˜πŸ‘‰πŸΌπŸ“₯ πŸ™ŒπŸΌ

Day 12

Hey folks! πŸ‘‹πŸΌ This evening's post is going to be a short one. Today was a long and busy day for me as other things outside my daily routine had to be attended to, however I'm going to remain consistent with the daily progress posts.

Last night showed a great sign of progress for both my physique and skin condition. πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ˜ Very happy with how it's turning out, considering the ongoing stress the last few days have given me. Remember to be consistent, stay motivated and you'll appreciate yourself more in the long run by sticking by it. πŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸ’ͺ🏼

I hope that all of you are keeping well and hoping that you're all keeping to your own life goals and personal plans, whatever they may be and consist of πŸ˜„πŸ˜† Stay strong guys πŸ’ͺ🏼🀘🏼

Day 11

Hey everyone! πŸ‘‹πŸΌ Before I get today's progress post undereay, I would like to take this time to thank everyone who reaching out to me for their words of encouragement kind affirmation! I am truly humbled. You guys rock🀘🏼and I want you to know that your words have been heard and your ongoing support is highly appreciated. πŸ™ŒπŸΌβ€οΈ Much love!

Alright! Now, let's get to it.

I want to share with you as to why I have been posting my body on social media over these past 2 weeks. πŸ‹οΈβ€β™‚οΈπŸ’ͺ🏼 To be honest, when I started this new diet, I really didn't know what to expect. I didn't have any specific goal in place, however I did have a plan in mind. And it was simply the following;

- Improve my overall health and physical performance levels in the most time efficient and financially effective way possible.

- Improve my ongoing skin condition (particularly around my shoulders)

- Stick to posting about myself on social media (consistently) for 30 days.

That was my plan! πŸ“Š That's all I had in mind! I kept it nice and simple, purposely setting the overall outcome low for myself for the fear the diet would be a fugazy and not work out for me.

Well, by f**k! I myself I have been greatly mistakened by this little challenge I have set myself so far. And it's only day 11! 😱🀯 I'm really looking forward to where the rest of this challenge takes me. Who knows what will happen by day 30! πŸ™ŒπŸΌ

Trust in yourself. Belief in the process. Stick to the plan and I assure you, you'll be pleased with your own result. πŸ˜‡πŸ’ͺ🏼Stay tuned for day 12 πŸ˜‰

Photos from Life Stack Coaching's post 03/08/2024

Day 10

My Friday and start to my weekend! πŸ™ŒπŸΌ

Earlier this week, I had promised an afternoon call out to a client's house regarding a telecommunication setup and had rescheduled a life coaching Zoom session with my colleagues. And although I had made these commitments earlier that week, when it came to that morning, I did feel rather lazy and didn't end up rolling myself out of bed until midday.

My mentality was this; I feel tired and guilty getting up much later than usual but I had made a promise to these people and I need to get up. Once I stick to my regular dietary routine and get these additional responsibilities done today, everything else I do will be a plus βž•πŸ™ŒπŸΌ

And you know what, this mental shift really did me a world of good! It made me feel less guilty and allowed me to focus on being more productive. Between the two time slots, I got both the house a well deserved clean and my laundry done for the week, which cleared my headspace and freed myself up for the evening.

The lessons are:

- We ourselves are left accountable for how we think, feel and in turn, influences how we behave. We ourselves choose how we feel and think at every point throughout our day. And at any moment we can change our own behaviour by listening to our emotions and personal thoughts. It's an ongoing practice within ourselves

- It's better to have a plan or deadline(s) in place than to have none at all, for they will be the motive and guide you throughout your day.

Share with me your thoughts on this πŸ’ ? What do you do during your days off? Do you prefer having your days planned or do you prefer to live in the moment? If so, what are the advantages that apply to you? πŸ€”

Photos from Life Stack Coaching's post 02/08/2024

Day 9

🌟 Consistency really is the secret sauce to achieving your life goals. It's not about perfection, but about showing up every day, even when it's tough. Remember, every small step counts and adds up over time.

Failures are not the end, but powerful teachers. They teach us resilience, humility, emotional intelligence and how to enjoy being in the moment. Embrace your failures. Learn from them. Use these teachings as stepping stones to understand yourself more and guide your way to future success.

Self-accountability and responsibility are crucial. Taking ownership of your actions and decisions empowers you to make positive changes and grow continuously. It's about being honest with yourself, acknowledging your mistakes, and committing to improvement.

A balanced diet and regular exercise (no matter what form) are the foundations of a healthy life. Nutrition comes in many forms and fuels both your body and mind. Same as how an exercise routine that suits you keeps you energized and strong. Together, they enhance your well-being and help you stay on track with your goals.

Stay consistent, learn from your failures, hold yourself accountable, and take care of your body. Initiate self-action today and your future self will thank you! πŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸ’ͺ🏼

You got this!

Share with me your thoughts! πŸ’ What's your main personal goal at the moment? Let's connect, unpack and plan out this goal together β˜ΊοΈπŸ“ŠπŸ™ŒπŸΌ

Day 08

Well, week 2 looks so far so good. Happy with the process however I just ran out of my strawberry flavour 😭😒 Looks like French cream vanilla is next πŸ˜‹ Hopefully this shake flavour matches or beats the strawberry one.

Yesterday was more energy draining than expected and a lounge about night became a result. Did a few reps before going to sleep and getting ready for my next day! Every action counts, every little counts. πŸ’ͺ🏼πŸ’ͺ🏼

Goodnight/good day everyone and have yourselves a fantastic Friday!

Photos from Life Stack Coaching's post 31/07/2024

Day 7

I can't believe the difference a week can make! Just seven days ago, I will admit that I was feeling rather pessimistic about this new diet. But after committing myself to a consistent diet routine with some light bodyweight exercise, my energy levels have skyrocketed! πŸš€

I've noticed a significant boost in my performance too. Last night I ended up doing a backyard workout with one of the mates and I was amazed by how much my stamina has improved! Calisthenics through the years has been one of my favourite forms of exercise and with this new diet, my body feels stronger, and healthier! 🚰πŸ’ͺ🏼

And the best part? My overall physique has improved dramatically, judging by the progress posts and people's comments. I feel more agile, my endurance has increased, and I’m just generally feeling more vibrant and alive. πŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸ˜

If you're thinking about making a change, start today. You’ll be amazed at what you can achieve in just a week! πŸ’₯ Let's connect! Send me a message and let's put the right steps in place in helping you achieve your own personal goals and life ambitions, today! Because there's time like the present! 😝

Day 6

Other than it being a relatively slow day at work for me, yesterday was pretty good and productive! πŸ˜πŸ‘πŸΌπŸ™ŒπŸΌ Worked, studied, went for a drive that evening and came back, just in time for supper.

Same routine, different day. Swap out the lunch and/or dinner and you'll be golden πŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸ…

Photos from Life Stack Coaching's post 29/07/2024

Day 5

Yesterday really put the 'sun' in Sunday! 🌞 It was a hot one and probably explains why not many customers at the shop. However, the additional downtime did allow us to get a few weekly tasks done, freeing us up during peak times during the week πŸ™ŒπŸΌβ˜ΊοΈ Finished up at 14:00 was ideal, allowing me to catch some rays before heading home for the evening 😎🌞

I will say that today I've safely locked-in my new daily dietary routine, which has been pretty consistent for the past week;

~08:30 - 08:50: Morning shake and 2 capsules.
~11:30 - 11:45: Centrated juice shot with water. Sometimes with light snack.
~13:30 - 15:00: Lunch (standard portion to large meal)
~19:00 - 20:00: Dinner (portion depending on how much I ate for lunch)
~21:30 - 22:00: Night shake with 2 capsules

A set routine is essential for us to achieve our goals; whether it be for diet, finances, fitness, learning, personal growth, play or socialisation (not just work). Self-scheduling is the key to grow self-success. Define your goals, outline your aspirational outcomes, plan a schedule, and test and refine until the routine becomes automatic!

This is simple D.A.R.E. methodology and it works! If you're interested and would like to know more about my transformational with the support of diet and Meta Dynamics/N.L.P. techniques and models, comment below or send me a DM πŸ˜‰πŸ“₯ I would love to hear from you!

Day 6 is just around the corner! Let's gooooo! πŸ’ͺπŸΌπŸ™ŒπŸΌ

Photos from Life Stack Coaching's post 28/07/2024

Day 4

My Saturday! I will admit, I did wake up later than envisioned, however that's to be expected when arriving home after 02:00 πŸ˜…πŸ˜‚ It's been sometime since I've been out. I began with my morning shake and 2 capsules at 10:30.

Shortly after, I thought to myself, why not go for a stroll in town and treat myself to a good lunch? This 'good lunch' ended with me at The Imperial, having a large chicken breast dinner with baby potatoes, sundried tomatoes and spinach, and later being chased up with a large tub of ice-cream to satisfy the weekly sugar cravings. πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‚ The result? Left me with a minor food baby and put me in a food coma before rising at 18:00.

I spent the rest of my evening/weekend reading and surfing through the internet on both my phone and laptop before having my final shake and tablets of the day and retiring to bed.

No spontaneous workouts today however tomorrow is another day to get back at it! πŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸ’ͺ🏼 Rome wasn't built in a day and cheat days is required everyday now and then in order for you to succeed. Trust the process and remain consistent. Give yourself this day so that you may prevail tomorrow ☺️

I hope you're all having an amazing weekend folks πŸ™ŒπŸΌβ€οΈ

In 161 days, my sense of balance in my life βš–οΈ has increased by 2 units (or 2.5%). I know it might not seem like much at first however upon further observation, that 2.5% increase over 161 days is a massive jump! Since then, I have...

- Started and continue to flourish in a new job/career
- Applied for and waiting on approval for visa sponsorship application
- Communicated and connected with several interesting people (as clients, acquaintances and friends)
- Fitness and diet back on track (new routine)
- Moved out from my working hostel into a house (My own space)
- Bought a car (on-going maintenance but no biggie)
- Continue to develop my own business and my own personal growth

Wow! +2/2.5% in 161 appears to be more of a jump than expected! 😝πŸ’ͺ🏼 I wonder what the next 161 days has in store for me? πŸ€”

Day 3

The start of the weekend! πŸ’ͺπŸΌπŸ™ŒπŸΌ During the night, I did wake up to a stomach cramp (thinking of might've been the shake) however it went away less than an hour later. I woke up naturally at 08:00 and decided to go to the bathroom and weigh myself.

Although I have been eating less solid food lately, my scales say that I've gained some weight. Since I don't feel as bloated as before, I believe it to be added muscle due to the power tower and the new diet. Very happy with the progress since I only had my power tower for less than a month and began the diet only a few days ago.

I had my shake at midday and then went to the library to schedule my calendar and online webinars, and do some food shopping for my weekend off. I came back home for lunch and had my online coaching session.

I spent the rest of my evening reading through coaching resource material and chilling with my mates at my old working hostel. A nice chill Friday night 😌☺️

Photos from Life Stack Coaching's post 26/07/2024

Day 2

I brought both my care packages to work today; starting off the same as the day before with a strawberry cream shake and 2 capsules.

Like my breakfast, the start of my shift was a little shaky; 09:00 came with a wave of customers with product returns, mobile/tech setups and it's usual morning traffic.

I popped into the staff room around midday for some water when I realised that my package came with chocolate snacks supplements, as well as a fruit flavored supplement syrup. After throwing these two supplements down the hatch, I went straight back to work, and to my own amazement, it filled me until my late lunchtime break of 15:45.

Clock out time didn't arrive too long after at 17:30. This was the first Thursday evening I've had to myself for a while, having no online webinars or after work call outs to attend to. I spent the evening napping, binge watching a few episodes of my show on my phone and doing a few pullups and chins, here and there while walking about the house. Had my evening shake and 2 capsules and ready to hit the hay!

I know it's only been a few days however I'm already starting to see and feel a difference in both my skin and hunger levels. Let's see what the rest of my transformational journey has for me πŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸ’ͺ🏼

Photos from Life Stack Coaching's post 25/07/2024

Day 1

Alriiiiight!!! So, my package arrived Wednesday (yesterday) morning just before leaving for work and since no time like the present, I decided to get the show on the road.

From the package, I went with a double-scoop strawberry cream shake with 2 capsules to see how I fare until lunch. The capsules went down smoothly with the shake and tasted much nicer than expected. I will admit that by lunchtime, I was feeling rather hungry but not as hungry as I was expecting, considering how busy it was that morning. Lunch went down easy, however I did feel more full than usual, allowing me to have a late dinner.

This photo was taken after I arrived home from work yesterday evening. Although I hadn't eaten much that day, I still felt energetic and did a couple of light exercises on my power tower before attending to my Zoom calls.

My nutrition coaches were in touch with me later that evening and were very happy, knowing that I was pleased with my package and have begun my transformational journey! πŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸ’ͺ🏼

Let me know if anyone else is interested in joining me on my transformational journey and I will continue to keep you guys about my progress. πŸ‘πŸΌβœŒπŸΌ
