We are proud to share that we are phasing out plastic bread tags across the country. In doing so, we’ve been able to donate almost 55,000 bread tags to the Aussie Bread Tags for Wheelchairs charity. The tags will be recycled locally in South Australia, to raise funds to buy wheelchairs for disadvantaged people, mainly in South Africa. They'll then be recycled into boards, pens and bowls (like the one pictured below!).

Great news from our friends at Breast Cancer Network Australia last week with the life-prolonging drug Enhertu now officially part of the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme for people living with HER2-low metastatic breast cancer. This targeted therapy will transform treatments for Sarah along with 1,700 people each year.

The Sourdough at our store is hand crafted by our bakers EVERY day! Unlike many Sourdough recipes, we don’t use yeast

We make Sourdough the traditional way, using a fermented culture called Levain as our starter, making it truly authentic 👨‍🍳

We bake 3 varieties daily:
Sourdough High Tin loaf,
Sourdough Vienna,
& Mixed Seed Sourdough Vienna,
which are traditionally baked on stone to give them a thick crust and dense texture!
