- No bookings for MCG game days!
- For interstate games we will be taking bookings in the dining room for dining customers only but the front bar & courtyard will be first in best dressed
- Any bookings 10 or over will incur a $20 per person deposit

Get ready to embark on a culinary journey with our latest Kitchen Stories theme! For vol.2, we’re thrilled to spotlight the incredible talent behind our kitchen: Head Chef Bishant! Every Wednesday this August, Bishant will share the flavors of his hometown, Kathmandu, offering you a taste of authentic Nepali cuisine right here at the London Tavern Hotel 🍴

For a little backstory; Bishant arrived in Australia in 2006, searching for new challenges and quickly fell in love with the vibrant food scene in Melbourne. Since joining us in 2008, he’s shared his expertise, passion and dedication.

Wednesdays in August will be a tribute to Bishant, his roots and the amazing team he leads, many of whom come from Nepal as well.

Each plate crafted by our talented LTH team is imbued with passion and story. One of the highlights? Momos!🥟 These delicious Nepalese dumplings are Bishant’s all-time favorite - he could eat them for breakfast, lunch and dinner! 😄

It’s been 15 years of very dedicated & hardworking service. Reliability isn’t something you can always count on in the hospitality industry, but our Venue Manager Daniel Eurell has always exemplified exactly that.

It is with full hearts we congratulate him, on being a finalist in the Australian Hotel Association State Awards for Excellence 2024, in the Best Venue Manager Category!

Even though she’s the only mother at the Tavern, our angel Elouise, pictured here with her darling boy Simione, will be delivering her gold standard service to the Dining Room this Sunday for Mother’s Day!
