We are so proud of our community of passionate advocates, champions and users ๐๐
owes its success to the dedication and hard work of our community champions. They are the ones who keep us moving forward and striving for better.
One of them is Rebecca, a passionate supporter of Changing Places and the mother of a daughter (Sarah).
Changing Places toilets are essential for Sarah and her family to participate in the community. "Where do you change a nappy for someone in their teens? Unless you have a child with a disability, you donโt really think about these things," says Rebecca.
She adds, "Changing Places provide the security of knowing we can access a place where we can take care of Sarahโs physical and sanitary needs, with privacy and dignity."
Rebecca was instrumental in the creation of Livviโs Place, Victoria Park in Ballarat. The process of campaigning for a fully accessible playground resulted in a greater awareness of Changing Places.

Ever wondered what the difference between a Placeable Pod and a Marveloo is? ๐ค
While both are accredited portable toilets, there are a few key differences between them.
A Placeable Pod is a compact solution and is suitable for event spaces with space constraints. This also means a Placeable Pod can be easily transported with the help of a trailer.
A Marveloo on the other hand is larger and is usually transported by a Tilt Tray truck.
Both portable toilets come with an adjustable adult change table, overhead ceiling hoist and accessible toilet.
So if you see a Placeable Pod or a Marveloo at an event, be assured you will have a suitable and safe space to go to the bathroom.
