Victoria's Department of Health has been charged by WorkSafe for numerous breaches of the Occupational Health and Safety Act relating to mistakes in hotel quarantine driving the second wave of COVID-19.

WorkSafe has alleged the department failed to provide a safe workplace for its employees and exposed people to risks to their health and safety.
